Lindsay and Alex's wedding at the 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel in Clayton, NY was everything a destination wedding should be — stunning scenery, perfect weather, genuine love, and a dance floor that never stopped. The 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel is one of our absolute favorite venues to work at in all of Central and Northern New York, and Lindsay and Alex's day reminded us exactly why.

The morning began with sunshine and perfect weather as Lindsay and Alex prepared separately in their respective rooms at the hotel, each surrounded by their closest people. The 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel provides a seamless and beautifully coordinated wedding experience — the staff is exceptional, the spaces are elegant, and the backdrop of the St. Lawrence River and the legendary 1000 Islands makes every single photo and film frame breathtaking. As 1000 Islands wedding photographers and videographers, we always look forward to working at this venue.

Their ceremony was officiated by their good friend Frank, who brought a deeply personal and touching presence to the moment — and whose voice provided the perfect narrative thread woven throughout their wedding film. It was one of those ceremonies where every word felt genuine and every emotion was real.

Following a picture-perfect ceremony, an elegant cocktail hour, and some genuinely heartfelt speeches, the guests packed the dance floor — and they didn't leave it. From the very first song to the very last, the reception at the 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel was a full-blown dance party and one of the most joyful celebrations we've ever captured on film.

We had the pleasure of working alongside the incredibly talented Summer Barnhart on photography, and DJ Mike Melice on entertainment — a team whose professionalism and coordination made the entire day flow flawlessly. When we work with Mike, the audio coordination is always top-notch and there is never a shortage of incredible dancing footage!

Lindsay and Alex are a kind, thoughtful, and genuinely wonderful couple, and we wish them a lifetime of happiness together. We are so proud of the wedding film we created to tell their story.
