Molly and Andrew's wedding at the Inn at Taughannock Falls in Trumansburg, NY was one of the most heartfelt and joyful celebrations we have ever had the privilege of being part of. Set on the breathtaking shores of Cayuga Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes, the Inn at Taughannock Falls is one of the most stunning wedding venues in the Ithaca region — and Molly and Andrew's day did it full justice.

The morning started with rain and overcast skies — the kind of weather that would stress most couples out — but Molly was upbeat, excited, and completely ready to roll with whatever the day brought. The Inn at Taughannock Falls has beautiful on-property accommodations that allowed Molly and Andrew to prepare separately in their own private spaces, surrounded by their closest loved ones. After getting ready, Molly tapped Andrew from behind for a surprise first look under the reception tent — a quiet, tender moment that set the emotional tone for the entire day.

Molly and Andrew wrote deeply personal vows for each other, and we captured every word for posterity, weaving key pieces into their Ithaca wedding film to create something they will treasure for the rest of their lives. Following the vows, guests gathered for the signing of the Ketubah before making their way to seats arranged in front of a beautiful Chuppah adorned with stunning florals by Arnold's Flower Shop.

And then — as if it was always meant to be — the clouds parted, the umbrellas collapsed, and warm golden sunlight shone down just as the ceremony began. As Inn at Taughannock Falls wedding photographers and videographers, we live for moments like that. The natural beauty of the Finger Lakes combined with that soft, glowing light made every frame of the ceremony absolutely breathtaking.

Seeing Andrew's face as Molly slowly made her way down the aisle toward him — that moment brought tears to my eyes in editing. The love between them was undeniable, their families warm and wonderful, and their friends brought an infectious energy to the entire celebration. Following the ceremony, the party came alive with the Horah, the Mezinka, and a full night of dancing with the incredibly talented Uptown Groove band — one of the best wedding bands we've ever had the pleasure of working alongside.
