Madison & Daniel’s Wedding at The Foundry in Oswego, NY

Madison and Daniel’s wedding at The Foundry in Oswego, New York was one of those days where everything just seemed to go right. The weather was perfect, with plenty of sunshine and temperatures that were warm without being too hot. It made for an absolutely beautiful summer wedding day in Oswego.

The ceremony took place under a tent on the back patio at The Foundry, surrounded by their family and friends. Even more special, Madison and Daniel were married by a close friend, which made the ceremony feel especially personal.

And then there was the fire truck! 

Daniel is a local firefighter, so having a big red fire truck available for photos and video was about as perfect as it gets. Honestly, it was one of the coolest wedding photo and video backdrops I've seen all summer. We were able to incorporate it into some really fun portraits, and it was a great way to include something that is such an important part of Daniel's life.

After the ceremony, everyone enjoyed a great cocktail hour, with guests taking advantage of both the indoor and outdoor spaces at The Foundry. It was relaxed, sunny, and exactly the kind of atmosphere you hope for on a wedding day.

The dance floor was packed, and Madison and Daniel had one of the most fun groups of friends and family I've seen at a wedding all summer. There was so much energy throughout the evening, which made it a blast to photograph and film. These are the kinds of receptions where you can look around and tell that everyone is genuinely happy to be there celebrating the couple. That's what made this wedding so memorable.

 

Yes, The Foundry is a fantastic Oswego wedding venue, and the weather couldn't have been better. The fire truck made for an incredibly unique photo opportunity. But ultimately, it was the people who made the day.
