My job is to gently guide you into natural, flattering positions that feel true to who you are as a couple, while simultaneously anticipating the real, unposed candid moments happening all around you. Those in-between moments — the nervous laugh, the squeeze of the hand, the glance across the room — are the images couples end up loving most. They never feel staged because they never are.
2. Will our photos look as good as the ones on your website?
Absolutely. Consistency is everything to me as a wedding photographer. My goal isn't to get one great shot and hope for the best — it's to deliver a cohesive, beautifully edited gallery that tells the full story of your day at a consistently high standard from the first frame to the last. 3. What if the weather is bad or our venue is really dark?
Central New York / Syracuse area weather is famously unpredictable — but your wedding photos shouldn't be. The truth is that once the sun sets, every venue is artificially lit anyway. As soon as you reserve your date with us, we'll immediately begin planning your complimentary engagement session — so you have beautiful, bright images ready for Save the Dates and social media announcements. I'll also create a personalized planning login for you where you can outline your wedding details, photo inspiration, must-have shots, and VIP family members — ensuring your Central New York wedding photography reflects your unique style and story from start to finish.
2. On Your Wedding Day... On your wedding day I'll arrive fully prepared, and ready to capture everything you've been envisioning. From the excitement of getting ready with your favorite people, to the ceremony details and the big emotional moments, to the dancing and celebration that follows — every smile, laugh, happy tear, and quiet in-between moment will be beautifully documented. My goal is to be an unobtrusive presence that anticipates moments before they happen and captures them naturally as they unfold.
3. Sneak-Peek and Delivery of Your Gallery! Within 7 days of your wedding, I'll share a sneak peek of 10-15 highlight images so you can start reliving your favorite moments right away. Within eight weeks — and often sooner — you'll receive your full, beautifully curated wedding photography gallery ready to view, download in full resolution, share with family and friends, order prints, and create albums. Every image is professionally edited and retouched to the bright, light and airy standard that defines Select Photo + Film's Syracuse wedding photography.
