What to expect, from the moment you reserve your date, until the day we deliver!

Vision

As soon as you give us the green-light, I'll create a Client Login for you to access your own Online Planning Account here on our website. I’m eager to learn about all of your most important people and details. Armed with this info, I'll create a shot-list and general timeline of the day and arrive prepared to capture everything we’ll need and more. My goal is to tell the story of your day, by creatively weaving together ‘wow moments’ that elevate your wedding photos and film into something better than you expected.

Support

Call or text any time, any step of the way. Questions will surely pop-up. Not sure if you should do toasts before or after dinner? I'll give you the pros and cons of each way, on any detail you can think of. After 12+ years in the wedding industry in Central New York, I've seen every scenario.  You've likely never planned a wedding before, I'm here to help.

Delivery

Most wedding films are delivered within 8-10 weeks, Photos are generally 4 weeks. Since most people don't watch DVDs  anymore, and USB thumb drives are inconvenient to watch on TV, we deliver everything digitally, and include a complimentary full gallery of your viewable online or on any Smart TV for films- Just download a free app from your TV's app store, and receive an access-code to add your own wedding channel on any Smart TV, right alongside Netflix, Prime, Hulu, or any other channels you may have. This gallery can also be accessed online to view your wedding films on nearly any modern device; Phones, Tablets, Computers, TVs etc. For backup, you'll have access to full-resolution downloads of your films and photos to backup and save for 6 months from delivery.
