A picture-perfect day in Skaneateles
Katie and Dylan are the kind of couple whose love is effortless to see. Their personalities complement each other perfectly, and the way they share quiet, meaningful glances makes every moment feel genuine. Their joy and connection were palpable throughout the day.
Katie spent the morning preparing at an Airbnb in Skaneateles with her closest ladies—both moms, her sister, and all of her bridesmaids. The energy was electric: laughter, excitement, and love flowed freely, and you could feel the pride and support from everyone there. Dylan prepared nearby at Skaneateles Fields Spa, gearing up for the moment he would see Katie for the first time, surrounded by friends and family who shared in his excitement and anticipation.
The ceremony itself was beautiful—they tied the knot at St. Patrick's Church, in the Tipperary Hill neighborhood of Syracuse, NY. From the heartfelt vows to the glances and smile sat each other, it was the pure joy radiating from the couple as they stood together, ready to start their next chapter.
While K&D and their wedding party headed to Skaneateles Lake for a photo & video session., guests headed to The Lodge for cocktail hour. Following Introductions, some special dances and touching toasts, the dancefloor exploded. The reception was a banger. Visa Versa Entertainment is the exclusive entertainment provider at The lodge, and it's easy to see why. DJ CJ Meech was great at not only keeping the dance-floor packed, but also keeping the evening flowing on schedule. Visa Versa's lighting at The Lodge is unlike anything in Upstate NY. from elegant projected touches during special dances, to a full-on club level dance lighting and sound system that worked together to create a truly immersive celebration. Friends and family danced, laughed, and toasted to the new Mr. and Mrs.
