Emma & Pearse’s Stunning Watervale Ridge Wedding in Manlius, NY

We had an incredible weekend with Emma and Pearse. Their wedding celebration included a beautiful ceremony at DeWitt Community Church, followed by their reception at Watervale Ridge in Manlius, NY.

We were there to photograph and film the wedding, and it turned out to be one of those days where everything just seemed to fall into place. The weather couldn't have been better, the setting was beautiful, and Emma and Pearse were such a genuinely sweet couple to spend the day with.

There was a lot of laughter, a lot of happy moments, and just a really great feeling throughout the entire celebration.

Emma & Pearse’s Ceremony at DeWitt Community Church

The day began with Emma and Pearse's wedding ceremony at DeWitt Community Church. It was a beautiful start to the celebration and gave everyone a chance to slow down and take in the significance of the day before heading to Watervale Ridge for the reception. From there, the day really opened up into a full celebration with family and friends.

A Wedding at Watervale Ridge

This was actually our second time photographing a wedding at Watervale Ridge, and it's easy to see why the venue has become such a favorite.

The property has incredible views in every direction, and the bright, stately farmhouse gives the day another beautiful backdrop for photos and video. The combination of the open landscape and the farmhouse gives you plenty of variety without ever having to leave the property.

And when the weather cooperates the way it did for Emma and Pearse, it's hard to ask for a better setting.

We were able to photograph the day while also capturing it on video, which gave us plenty of opportunities to document not just the major moments, but all of the little things happening throughout the celebration.

There were so many great moments that narrowing down the first few sneak peeks wasn't easy.

Being able to photograph and film a couple's wedding is something I never take for granted. Emma and Pearse were a joy to work with, and I'm very grateful that they trusted us to document such an important weekend for them.
